 What you thought they were?


Realise where your habits are. Where do you return to? Notice them.

Checking in with the anatomy - feels refreshing to check in again. Re-alligning. Re-connecting.

When stuck improvising, the image of moving through thick air really helped to broaden my dance vocabulary. Where is your dial today?                                                                                  What is your weather today?


Walking - droppng the pelvis into a spring. Out breath on the drop to spring you into the air. Turning in the air - its the twist in the pelvis that moves you.


Go with it.
No going back.
