Studio Practice..

A few weeks ago I performed a routine from a 'studio practic' class and asked Becky & Shannon to give me any feedback on it.. I've now filmed myself doing it again and asked Dannielle & Dolly to give me feedback on it... :

  
Dolly: On first knee lift and on counter balance, you can afford to lift your knee a bit higher.
           Your arms in second have improved a lot, you don't arch your back as much in the turn.
Dan:  You need to lower your chin slightly on the arabesque - think of head to tail connection.

Having my routine filmed twice makes it easy and clear to see how my moving and my understanding of the sequence has changed and hopefully improved!!
