Intensive Day 5.. :)

This morning we under-went the same warm up as yesterday. 

Brushing the skin on the floor - imprinting the muscles on the floor. 
Articulating through the arches in the spine. Get into groups - playing with the gaps in the space without touching. Playing a game: pelvis cannot be on the same level as someone else.
Moving across the space with this in mind. 
Strategic moves - like a game of chess.
Do less. 
Placed on purpose.

Move into the river - adding this element in.

Elements of copying, hands in the air, hands on the ground, chess game, coming in & out of the river.

Moving into the set phrase groups. 

Using the coding phrase - idea of picking each other up like furniture / interrupting movement / using each other for support. Picking up Nicci. Adding elements of unison.
