Anyway, here goes..

Doing what you need to to warm up:
focusing on the stretch in my legs..
Continuously moving through the space..
Focus on the sit bones - what pattern would they leave in the space - circular, yet jagged.
Fluid, yet un-decided..
The relationship between the sit bones & the heels..
Quick feet on the floor.
Turning.
Jumping.
Stretching the legs - so much that you have to follow them..
Move out of the familiar... Using triggers for movement - people/ spaces/ objects..
Accumulating a phrase/ set of ideas.
Teaching my phrase to Jenni & me learning hers..
